The gospels are the dreaming stories of the Christian faith.
Christian faith. At their centre, the mysticalGod-Human, Jesus, strides across many situations of human suffering, conflict and need. His life and message are good news. Everywhere he goes, ordinary people are left feeling more noticed, assured, healed, liberated, hopeful and comforted.
Bad religion is discredited, pompous self- interest is exposed for what it is, authentic spirituality is made clear and accessible to all people of a humble spirit. As then, so now, we long to see and meet the presence of Christ within our stories and situations. This series helps us to find our way. We pray through a series of six vignettes of the life and ministry of Jesus. Bringing our imagination and honest desire to a contemplative reading, we open ourselves to the possibility of epiphany.
